Kindly complete your application before coming to the walk-in centre. Any incomplete applications may result in a delay in your onboarding process.
Remember to bring the following documents with you on your appointment date:
  1. ACRA Business Profile* (for companies) or NRIC (for sole-proprietors)
  2. Copy of Singapore Food Agency (SFA) License - Minimum validity of 3 months (for F&B)
  3. Copy of menu (soft copy, printed or website address)
  4. If applicable: Relevant certificates like your Halal or Liquor license class 3A/3B/4 - Minimum validity of 3 months
IMPORTANT:
  1. If your name is not listed in the ACRA Business Profile, please bring along a Letter of Authorisation (signed by someone listed in the ACRA Business Profile) authorising you to sign the Grab contract and valid national ID for our verification.
  2. If you have chosen to use your own Android device, kindly ensure that you bring the device along for installation and appropriate setup. You may download the GrabMerchant App from the Google Playstore beforehand.
Due to the limitation of time, for merchants who have 3 and more outlets that you wish to onboard, we will have to collect your respective documents and prepare your contracts within 1-2 working days. We will correspond with you for more information via email and the device will be sent to you after the signing of the contract.
For merchants that wish to onboard 1 to 3 outlets, we will be able to assist you with the onboarding (provided if you have fulfilled the above conditions).
